Threadhopping: Please do. Unless of course, it is in some deep conversational thread with someone, then maybe just check. (But in most cases, if you can find a reason for it – GO FOR IT!)
Fourthwalling: Not really going to work. Ariadne is just going to assume it is a BAD dream if that happens.
Offensive subjects: If it offends you, then obviously don't do it. But I'm pretty easy going, and I don’t take offense to many things.

Hugging this character: If she knows you. You might get a few odd looks though. She doesn't associate with many touchy feely people apparently.
Kissing this character: Ummm....she might really just give you looks here, and more then likely think something is wrong with you. (But whatever right?)
Flirting with this character: Go for it. Doesn't mean it will get you anywhere.
Fighting with this character: Arguing? YES GO FOR THAT! But obviously she isn't a fighter. If it is called for her to defend herself though, she obviously will have no issues doing so. (or at least trying like hell)
Injuring this character: Let me know if you have ideas. I don't mind her getting a few bumps and bruises now and then. (Dreams: it's all fair game though. )
Killing this character: Not really big on her getting offed in her RL. In dreams, totally another story though. (So just ask.)
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: SURE. She might like the fact she doesn't have to keep secrets all the time. BUT she might think you're some sort of projection if you do.
